🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window: You may return or exchange products within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused and in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer support team at info@lra-cosmetics.com with the subject line "RETURN" or "EXCHANGE".
2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
3. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging items.

Refunds: Approved returns will be processed as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain products such as opened cosmetics or personal care items cannot be returned.

📦 Order Cancellations

Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it.

How to Cancel:

1. Log in to your account on our website.
2. Navigate to your order history and select the order you wish to cancel.
3. in "Manage Your Order" section Click on "Cancel Order", you can cancel "Panding" orders .

Refunds for Cancellations: If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
